High-resilience (HR) Polyfoam is an open-cell polyurethane foam with fire-retardant properties used primarily for seat cushioning in transportation applications. Its low density, low thermal conductivity, and strong mechanical properties also contribute to its excellence as a thermal and sound insulator. Long-lasting, versatile, and comfortable.
HR 32 is also sold in rolls with and without scrim.
NOTICE: We are phasing this product from 55" x 41" to 72" x 36". As the 55" x 41" stock depletes below, it will not be replenished. If we are out of stock in the 55" x 41" in the drop-down below, please choose the 72" x 36" option.

HR Polyfoam has been tested to meet the following flammability standards:
- California Technical Bulletin 117
- FMVSS-302 (Automotive Flammability)
- 14 CFR (FAR) 25.853(a), Vertical Burn

• This product is acceptable for use in all types aircraft and rotorcraft. |

This product is acceptable for use in marine interiors, but is not water resistant or repellent. It is highly buoyant with the use of a water-blocking layer. |
